Refund policy

We currently only offer refunds or exchanges for products that are faulty, broken, or were not as described.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your product, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Once a request has been sent our support team will contact you as soon as possible to refund your money if applicable. 

 

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN YOU SUBMIT A REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST:

Failure to include all of the applicable information below may result in your request being denied.

1. Full Name

2. Order Number

3. Email address

4. A detailed explanation of why you would like a refund or exchange

5. Photos of the issue at hand. For example, if your order was the wrong color, include a photo of the product you received.

6. Video of Defective Product in use (if applicable)

 

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the refund/exchange is approved. 

 

WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF:

1. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, providing us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or your package being lost or stolen once delivered.

2. Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc.).

3. We currently offer tracked and insured shipping on all orders. If an incorrect shipping address is given, we will be unable to issue a refund even though the package is insured.

There are other possible circumstances in which we would not be able to issue a refund, but these situations are few and far between. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited. There often is some processing time before a refund is deposited, please be patient.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER: 

Please contact us here within 24 hours after the order is placed if you need to modify or cancel your order.

You may request your order to be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund or modification to your order as we have already started the fulfillment process.

Please NOTE that any orders that have already been packed, processed, or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

On rare occasions, your package will already be shipped before 24 hours have passed since you purchased. Unfortunately, in this case, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order.
